LANE BRYANT: Marketing/Public Relations
Marketing Intern Specific Responsibilities:
• Assists with the project management of all Marketing campaigns to include point of sale programs, product launches, communication vehicles for the stores, credit, loyalty, local and all in-store programs, direct mail, cause marketing, social media, public relations, national advertising, mobile marketing, voicemail broadcast, and data capture programs that drive overall company results.
• Ensures accuracy of all information including validity and ROI prior to the opening of a job.
• Manages and communicates all subsequent changes and updates throughout the project life with correct partners.
• Responsible for the creative brief development and kick-off.
• Manages on-time check in of projects from open date through delivery to production to final results reporting.
• Provides timely monthly recaps of major initiatives within the company – (POS test campaigns, when applicable, Contest recaps, RealWomen$’s, Friends and Family, etc.).
• Regularly interacts with Design Team, Merchants, Store Operations, Brand Presentation, and Marketing partners.
• Drafts marketing directions/communication for field organization for all Marketing programs.
• Opens and updates all marketing jobs in Adtrax to include budget numbers.
• Responsible for ensuring the strategic execution of a variety of programs by partnering with Marketing Manager.
Job Qualifications:
• Junior, Senior or Masters Student pursuing a Degree in Marketing or Public Relations.
• Experience with all MS Office products including: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Preliminary knowledge of Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects
• Ability to utilize multiple resources for research

Additional Details:
Looking to hire immediately.Ideal candidate could work approximately 20/week (between the hours of 8:30 and 5:30pm) and full-time during school breaks. The rate of pay is $12/hour.
