The Dublin office of Ohio Magazine is looking for a part-time advertising intern. The estimated start date is May 1. This is an unpaid internship; however, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with an award-winning magazine. Scheduling and hours are flexible.
General responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Assist with the creation and updating of promotional materials.
• Coordinate ongoing and promotional mailings.
• Assist sales and custom publishing project teams with daily and ongoing tasks as assigned.
Preferred qualities:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, using the internet, fax, printers and copiers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs while maintaining strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of AP Style
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of InDesign and/or Photoshop
• Flexible schedule & reliable transportation
• Junior or Senior in college or recent college graduate with interest in publishing, media, PR, advertising or media sales.
