INTERN OPPORTUNITY
Weirick Communications, Inc., a Columbus-based PR and Marketing Firm with
specializing in travel and tourism, food and wine and lifestyle marketing is seeking fall/
winter interns for 2012-2013.
Experience will include writing, editing, social and traditional media relations, database  
management and special event planning and production, as well as some administrative
tasks. 
The successful candidate(s) will be a creative, smart and outgoing go-getter and must
possess excellent writing, editing, research and communication skills.
Applicants should be pursuing a degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications
or related field.  Previous journalism and/or public relations experience preferred. 
Candidate must be highly organized, have excellent time management skills and be
capable of handling multiple projects.
Work hours are flexible, but will take place during regular business hours, 9-5 a.m., with
some possible occasional weekend work during special events.
