Membership and Customer Contact Specialist
We are looking for a full-time Membership and Customer Contact
Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Membership and
Customer Contact Center and to help ensure quick and exceptional service to
customers of the Columbus Zoo, Zoombezi Bay and the Wilds. Bachelor’s degree
in marketing, communication or related field and one year of related experience
preferred. Must be organized and detail oriented.
