*Job Description:	Fahlgren Mortine, one of the nation's top independent marketing and communications agencies, is looking for a talented Media Connections Intern for our Columbus office. The internship will provide a college junior, senior or graduating senior with the opportunity to gain experience working in an integrated marketing and communications firm. The intern will provide support to the Media Connections team to ensure that all media plans are executed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as assist in the daily operations of client projects. Responsibilities: • Assists team members with insertion orders, broadcast avails and media discrepancies • Gathers data for metrics/analytics and digital reporting • Assists in the development of Paid Search and Search Engine Optimization programs • Utilizes research tools to gather information • Helps to coordinate and maintain internal project flow • Contributes to new business proposal efforts
*Qualifications:	• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills • Understanding of the proper use of media research tools and theories • Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility • Superb organizational and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading • Demonstrated interest and ability to gather data • Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy • College junior, senior or graduating senior majoring in business management, marketing, media studies or related fields
