B.O.S.S. Fitness is looking for a qualified intern to join our personal training studio. At B.O.S.S. Fitness Studio we have developed a unique system that allows exercisers to reach their ultimate fitness potential. Our fitness training includes different styles that cater everyone’s fitness needs. Our fitness studio is personal, private and different. We care about your fitness and make it a priority from the time you enter until the time you leave.
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of personal training. The intern hired for this position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team who are very excited to share this exciting launch with an intern hoping to gain a ton of great online experience.
This internship will be for a minimum of three months and average at least 20 hours per week. The schedule will vary (we are flexible with work and school schedules)
Qualifications (Basic Knowledge in the following areas):
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deliver presentations
• Must possess good organizational skills and be efficient in multitasking
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting
• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing, and diverse environment
• Program administration
• Data analysis and outcomes reporting
• Communications and marketing
• Participation record keeping and data management
• Special projects and promotions
Responsibilities
• Greeting clients and guests
• Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
• Educate the members and/or guests on fitness-related topics
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Act as a liaison between clients
• Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
