Ohio School Boards Association Communication Intern
Fall 2011/$10 an hour

OSBA is looking for a highly motivated and skilled public relations/communication/magazine production/journalism major to work as an intern in its communications department. This intern would work fulltime from Sept. 6, 2011 to Dec. 16, 2011. The successful candidate will gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, high-production work environment.

Planned activities include instruction and work on: media relations, event planning and promotion, newsletter and magazine writing, editing and proofreading, photography, membership service, regional association support, marketing, layout and design, and convention coverage and follow-up.

The internship pays $10 per hour for 8 hours a day with some night and weekend assignments.
