Position: Sales Office Intern

Department: Marketing

Majors desired: Business administration, Marketing, Communication or related field

Description: Assists the Sales team with clerical work while Sales Representatives are on sales calls. Job functions include but are not limited to answering the phone, contacting clients to get outing information, data entry, event help, sign preparation and territory research.

Requirements:
§ 3rd or 4th year student with the desired major(s) as listed above.
§ 3.0 or above G.P.A. on a 4.0 scale.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
§ Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with all Zoo team members and contacts regarding company business required.
§ Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
§ Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
§ Computer knowledge/skills- MS Office, database management.
§ Ability to maintain courteous and helpful behavior.
§ Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
§ Subject to BMV check.
§ Subject to Criminal Background check.
§ Subject to Drug Free Workplace Policy.


Assignment Date: 2010 Spring/Summer

Hours: 15-20 hours weekly

Salary: $9.00/hour
