SUMMER INTERNS WANTED!

Clear Channel Radio's Integrated Marketing Department is currently looking for interns for the SUMMER 2009. The primary focus of our department is to provide advertisers an alternate way to market their brands by interacting directly with consumers, and allowing them the opportunity to be face to face with the brands and products/services. Our goal as a department is to assist our sales staff with securing revenue streams outside of traditional on-air advertising . This is achieved in numerous ways with the largest being event planning and production Some events you may be familiar with include: KidsFest and Riverfest
featuring the WEEN Fireworks .. Our department is very unique in that we work with all six of the Clear Channel radio stations in the local market: 102.7 WEEN, KISS J07FM, 700 Wi W, 1530 HOMER, 55KRC, and Cincinnati's ESPN 1360.

We are looking for students who are interested in the fields 0f Event Planning and Production,
and/or Radio Promotions/Sales. All majors are welcome. Students must possess strong communication, organizational & planning skills, work & perform well in a team enviromnent, and demonstrate a minimum of intermediate level computer skills in MS Office and Internet Explorer.

Students must utilize the internship for college credit, as the positions we offer are not paid. We do, however, try to find some perks along the way (movie tickets, t-shirts, etc). Due to a difference in college schedules, spring internships will begin June 1" and will conclude September 7. If classes resume prior to this date, students must be available the weekend of September 5 & 6 to work the Riverfest event.

We offer flexible scheduling, but students must be willing and able to work nights and weekends throughout the duration of the internship.
