| *Job Description: | Position Summary and Term: Interfacing with ministry volunteer marketing/sales individuals to: 1. Help develop/implement Social Media to reach and recruit Millennial Generation Volunteers. 2. Evaluate and contact Ohio Churches to arrange Kairos Speaker Bureau presentations to improve market presence/identify volunteer prospects. 3. Internship is for fall semester 2015 with possibility to continue into spring 2016. |
| *Qualifications: | INTERN SKILL SETS: 1. Strong familiarity with social media including responding to/update of content. 2. Ability to learn/utilize web based lead generation/tracking application 3. Have own email and social media access. INTERFACING: Intern will work closely with: 1. Kairos of Ohio Volunteer Coordinator located in Westerville Ohio 2. Marion Correctional Institution Volunteer Coordinator located in Westerville Ohio. 3. Kairos Social Media and Web Site Designer located in Cincinnati Ohio. 4. All overseen by Kairos of Ohio Board of Directors who meet in Central Ohio. EVALUATION: Attitude, attitude, attitude!
